Submission Guidelines
Title: Concise and Informative
Session Type: Choose a format from the options below
Abstract (3,000 characters): Describe the topic, conclusion, impact, and why it is important
Learning Objectives: List 2-3 learning objectives
Presenter Information: Name, credentials, institution, and brief bio.
Engagement Strategies: Share how you will involve the audience (Q&A, case studies, simulation, discussion, etc.)
Continuing Education: Would you like to offer continuing medical and/or nursing education credits?
Session Types
Individual Presentation (50 minutes) – High-impact talks, with particular relevance to conference attendees
Panel (50 minutes) – Multi-speaker discussions on key ethical issues
Breakout Session Presentation (15 minutes) – Presentations on specialized topics or case studies
Lightning Talk (8 minutes) – Short, focused insights on cutting-edge or important issues
Poster Presentation – Research findings, projects, or case studies in a visual format
Demos and Showcase (25 minutes) – Live demonstrations of medical innovations
Workshop or Collaborative Working Session (50 minutes) – Group discussions to develop policies, practice skills, or discuss important issues
Fireside Chat or Debate (50 minutes) – Informal conversation or discussion with a moderator and one or two commentators on an important or controversial topic
Important Dates
Abstracts will be accepted on a rolling basis through January 31, 2026. However, priority consideration will be given to proposals submitted by the early review deadline of November 1, 2025.
